Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac between the popular coastal towns of Moraira and Jávea, this property offers privacy, comfort and authentic Mediterranean charm. The accommodation consists of a comfortable stone villa and a separate wooden Tiny House in traditional log cabin style. The main house accommodates up to 4 adults, or 2 adults with up to 3 children sharing one bedroom. The Tiny House is only available as an add-on to your booking. If you would like to use the Tiny House, please select 5 or 6 guests. The Tiny House will then be automatically added to your reservation and included in the total price.
The main house features two comfortable bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. The bright living room is also air-conditioned and connects to a practical open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and electric hob. Everything you need for a comfortable and carefree holiday on the Costa Blanca is provided.
Located on the same private plot is a delightful Tiny House with a warm and rustic atmosphere. This wooden cabin is ideal for an additional couple or older children who would appreciate extra privacy. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a cosy sitting area with air conditioning, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a covered veranda with a hammock where you can completely unwind.
The fully fenced garden is well maintained and offers several sunny and shaded areas to relax throughout the day. Cool off in the private swimming pool, stretch out on a sun lounger, or enjoy a drink in the lounge area while taking in the sea views. For memorable evenings outdoors, there is a spacious dining area and a gas barbecue. This is Costa Blanca outdoor living at its best.
From the holiday home you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Blanca. Discover the stunning Cala de la Fustera, Cala Baladrar or the picturesque El Portet in Moraira.
